Senior Graphic Designer

Job Description

• Design Strategy : Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visually compelling campaigns that align with brand objectives and target audiences.
• Creative Leadership : Lead the design process for marketing initiatives including digital ads, print collateral, social media content, email campaigns, and website visuals.
• Brand Identity : Ensure consistency of the brand’s visual language across all channels, maintaining and evolving brand guidelines.
• Content Development : Conceptualize and design engaging graphics, illustrations, infographics, and presentations that communicate key marketing messages effectively.
• Project Management : Oversee multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals and deadlines.
• Collaboration : Work closely with copywriters, marketing strategists, and product teams to create cohesive visual content that enhances storytelling.

Job Requirements

Qualifications :

• Experience : 5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within a marketing or advertising environment.
• Education : Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Skills :
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
  • Ability to translate data and ideas into creative and innovative visual solutions.
  • Experience with motion graphics and video editing is a plus.
• Portfolio : A compelling portfolio showcasing various design work across different media and demonstrating your creative range and strategic thinking.
