Treasury Accountant

Job Description
•Ensure all bank accounts (domestic and international) are correctly set up and maintained in the ERP system.
•Record bank transactions, including wire transfers, ACH payments, bank fees, interest income, and loan drawdowns/repayments.
•Support validation and processing of electronic payments (ACH/Wire) initiated by the Accounts Payable team.
•Perform monthly bank reconciliations for assigned bank accounts before financial close deadlines.
•Maintain proper custody, tracking, and documentation of cheques held by Treasury.
•Monitor cheque aging and post-dated cheque schedules and escalate exceptions.
•Assist in maintaining bank accounts, credit facilities, guarantees, and loans.
•Assist the processing of payments, fund transfers, and settlements within approved authority limits.
