Software Development Manager / Tech Lead - Grand Technology

We are seeking an experienced Software Development Manager/Technical Lead to lead development teams, manage software projects, and ensure the successful delivery of products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of developers.
- Plan and manage development cycles and sprints.
- Ensure high-quality code and development standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement in the development process.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of software development experience.
- 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proficiency in backend/frontend development frameworks.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
