Dispatcher Operation Planner

Job Description

• Confirm and follow up that the delivery representative delivers to our approved warehouses without violating this directive.
• Ensure the cleanliness of vehicle boxes before loading and report any observations or vehicle malfunctions to the movement supervisor.
• Full responsibility for following up on the closure of all rounds for all routes served by the direct delivery team.
• Resolve any challenges in closing trips, whether with warehouses or accounts, to enable the vehicle to be utilized for other trips.
• Print preliminary invoices from the system to allow the representative to deliver to customers who require an invoice stamp and avoid errors on their device.
• Initiate the daily process for representatives on the system and assign them to vehicles to enable them to depart to customers.
• Follow up on the receipt of orders to be delivered from the sales team and distribute them to vehicles by region.
• Follow up on the issuance of invoices for all required orders and invoices for damaged goods through delivery representatives in the market for each customer.
• Follow up on the closure of all pending tasks related to dispatcher team rounds until the round is completed.
• Follow up on the daily completion of inventory checks for all rounds after all required direct delivery orders have been delivered.
• Follow up on confirming the coordination of loading inside vehicles according to the priority of order delivery to customers.
• Follow up on representatives' loadings for subsequent trips and facilitate loading movement with warehouses.
• Follow up on each delivery representative's handover of market returns, damaged goods, and pallets to the branch warehouse team immediately upon return from the market.
• Follow up on the daily submission of approved delivery documents to the branch accounts department for round closure.
• Monitor pallet movement to and from customers, with daily follow-up with the sales team.
• Monitor the attendance of drivers and representatives and coordinate the morning distribution of drivers and representatives to vehicles.
• Follow up on resolving challenges faced by representatives and drivers with customers who need orders delivered in the market.
• Follow up on dispatcher vehicles departing at their scheduled time, by 8:30 AM at the latest.
• Follow up on the return of delivery representatives and drivers from the market for subsequent trips, if any.
• Follow up with delivery representatives on uploading rounds and receiving goods from warehouses in the vehicles to which orders were previously distributed.

Job Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in Logistics Management .
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
