Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to manage Kotobee’s social media presence, create engaging content, and drive brand awareness. The ideal candidate has a passion for storytelling, and social media trends, with a strong understanding of analytics to measure campaign success.
Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and schedule posts for Kotobee’s social media accounts.
- Monitor engagement and provide actionable insights to improve reach and performance.
- Develop visually appealing designs and multimedia content as needed.
- Develop and manage Facebook ad campaigns.
- Overview website analytics and track key marketing metrics.
- Assist with basic SEO tasks, including on-page optimization, link building, and technical SEO.
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Keep up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices.
Job Requirements
- 1-2 years experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation.
- Major in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Basic design skills.
- Knows how to write compelling captions for social media content.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and tools (Google Analytics, Ahrefs, etc.) is recommended.
- Knowledge of video editing tools is preferred (e.g., DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere, CapCut).
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, etc.).
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent research and analytical skills.
- Experience in the IT or publishing industry is preferred.
