Job Description
- Develop and execute global sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Lead and manage a team of international sales professionals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in global markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners worldwide.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics.
- Represent the company at international trade shows, conferences, and events.
Job Requirements
- Master’s degree in Business, or a related field.
- Experience: From 10-15 years of experience in a related field.
- Proven experience in international sales and business development.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with global markets and cultural differences.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
