Job Description
Elsafqa for Financial Consulting is an Egyptian company with a professional team of investment experts and specialists who are well-versed in market dynamics and trends. They help clients and investors identify and capitalize on investment opportunities in the Saudi stock market. The company provides accurate financial and technical advice, recommendations, and analyses to maximize returns on investment.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter, located in Qesm El Maadi. The Recruiter will be responsible:
- Build and report on quarterly and annual hiring plans
- Create and publish job ads in various portals
- Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events
- Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees
- Screen resumes and job applications
- Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates
- Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles (junior, senior, and executive)
- Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire
- Design, distribute, and measure the results of candidate experience surveys
- Train and advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques and assessment methods
- Host and participate in job fairs
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Fluent in English and [other languages if applicable].
