Job Purpose

Lead the Oracle ERP function to ensure system availability, process integration, data accuracy, and effective business support across the organization.

Manage Oracle ERP processes supporting manufacturing, supply chain, inventory, purchasing, finance, and related business functions.

Drive ERP process improvement, system governance, user support, and business requirements to ensure reliable operations across the CKD manufacturing environment.

Ensure Oracle capabilities support business growth, operational control, reporting, and management decision-making.

Job Description

1. Lead the Oracle ERP function and establish priorities aligned with business requirements and organizational objectives.
2. Manage Oracle ERP processes across manufacturing, inventory, purchasing, supply chain, finance, and other relevant business functions.
3. Plan and control Oracle system activities, enhancements, configurations, integrations, and business process improvements.
4. Ensure the accuracy, availability, integrity, and security of ERP master data and transactional information.
5. Manage Oracle support activities and ensure timely resolution of system issues, incidents, and business process problems.
6. Coordinate with business departments to identify ERP requirements and translate operational needs into system solutions.
7. Lead the development and implementation of Oracle workflows, reports, dashboards, interfaces, and process enhancements.
8. Oversee Oracle manufacturing processes including BOM, WIP, Job Orders, material transactions, completion, and inventory-related transactions.
9. Ensure effective integration between Oracle ERP processes and operational activities across production, planning, quality, logistics, warehouse, purchasing, and finance.
10. Establish system controls, procedures, documentation, and governance standards to maintain ERP process compliance.
11. Manage Oracle ERP projects, upgrades, system changes, testing, implementation, and user acceptance activities.
12. Develop and monitor ERP performance indicators, system utilization, issue resolution, and service-level performance.
13. Lead and develop the Oracle ERP team, allocate responsibilities, evaluate performance, and build technical capabilities.
14. Manage relationships with external Oracle consultants, service providers, and technology partners when required.
15. Report ERP performance, major risks, system issues, improvement initiatives, and resource requirements to senior management.

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience:12–15 years of relevant professional experience, including substantial experience in ERP management.
• Industry Experience: Experience in manufacturing is required. Automotive manufacturing, CKD, or local assembly experience is preferred.
• Management Experience: Proven experience managing ERP teams, projects, vendors, and cross-functional business stakeholders.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of ERP architecture, business process integration, master data, system controls, reporting, integrations, testing, and implementation.
• Oracle Knowledge: Strong Oracle ERP knowledge covering relevant manufacturing, inventory, purchasing, supply chain, WIP, Job Orders, BOM, receiving, PR, PO, MRP, and finance processes.
• Manufacturing Knowledge: Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and the relationship between production transactions and ERP transactions.
• Project Management: Experience managing ERP implementations, upgrades, enhancements, testing, change requests, and system improvement projects.
• MS Office: Advanced proficiency
• English: Very Good to Fluent.
• Certifications: Oracle, ERP, ITIL, PMP, or relevant project and technology certifications are preferred.
• Other Requirements: Strong cross-functional leadership, business process analysis, problem solving, change management, and stakeholder management capabilities.
