HR Business Partner

Full-time

Job Description

  • Build strong relationships with department leaders to understand business goals and challenges.
  • Translate business needs into HR solutions that drive performance and growth.
  • Partner with leadership to develop workforce and succession plans.
  • Guide talent reviews, performance calibration, and career development discussions.
  • Support leadership development initiatives and promote a culture of feedback and continuous learning.
  • Collaborate with L&D to design tailored training programs.
  • Organizational Development & Change Management
  • Support organizational design, restructuring, and role realignment efforts.
  • Lead or support change initiatives, including communications and engagement plans.
  • Coach managers on building high-performing teams.
  • Address employee relations issues promptly and fairly, ensuring legal and cultural compliance.
  • Act as a mediator and advisor in conflict resolution and team dynamics.
  • Conduct engagement surveys and translate findings into action plans.
  • Support the execution of HR programs such as performance management, compensation reviews, and promotion cycles.
  • Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (CoEs) in Recruitment, Payroll, and Total Rewards.

Job Requirements

  • Proven work experience as an HR business partner
  • Excellent people management skills
  • Analytical and goal oriented
  • Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
  • Thorough knowledge of labor legislation
  • Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices
  • BS degree in Human Resources or related field
