What you'll be doing
As a Brand Management Trainee, you will work closely with the Brand Manager and gain hands-on exposure to all aspects of brand management, including:
Assisting in the development and execution of brand strategies and annual business plans.
Supporting sales performance analysis and preparation of regular business reports.
Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.
Coordinating with Marketing, Retail, and Finance teams on brand initiatives and campaigns.
Supporting budget tracking and performance monitoring.
Assisting in the execution of in-store activations, promotions, and brand visibility initiatives.
Participating in meetings with internal stakeholders and external brand partners.
Learning how to analyze KPIs, profitability, and market share performance.
Contributing to projects related to new launches, store openings, and brand growth opportunities.
What you'll need to succeed
Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in Marketing, Business Administration, Brand Management, or a related field.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Passion for branding, retail, beauty, and consumer trends.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are a plus.
Eager to learn, proactive, and detail-oriented.
