Job Description
We’re Hiring – Field Sales and Marketing Executive
Roaya Group is seeking a confident, well-presented, and proactive Field Sales and Marketing Executive to represent the company on-site and help drive business development through in-person interactions and offline marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent the company professionally in meetings with contractors, consultants, and clients.
- Present company services clearly and persuasively to potential customers.
- Assist in developing offline marketing campaigns ( site visits, exhibitions).
- Generate leads and help secure new contracts and partnerships.
- Coordinate with internal teams to align messaging and follow up on client needs.

Working Hours:
- Sunday to Thursday – from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Friday and Saturday – Days Off
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- 1- 4 Years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (preferably in B2B or construction-related fields).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Professional appearance and confident personality.
- Valid driver’s license (having a car is a plus).
- Familiarity with the electrical, construction, or contracting industry is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Note : This position is open to both male and female candidates aged 25 – 40.
