Job Summary:

The Administrative Manager oversees the daily operations of the administrative department, ensuring the smooth running of office systems, policies, and procedures. This role is critical in supporting management, optimizing internal operations, and maintaining efficiency across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead administrative staff; assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure training needs are met.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and procurement in line with budget constraints.
  • Develop and implement office policies, procedures, and standards to improve workflow.
  • Coordinate office maintenance and facility management, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Handle confidential documents and maintain filing systems (digital and physical).
  • Organize and oversee meetings, scheduling, and internal communication across teams.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local legal regulations.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other administrative documents for senior management.
  • Liaise with external vendors, service providers, and landlords as needed.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in office or administrative management.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of HR practices or basic finance/accounting.
  • Experience with ERP systems or digital workflow tools.
  • Project management skills are a plus.
