Senior Graphic & Motion Designer

Job Description:
We are looking for a multi-talented Senior Video and Motion Designer to join our creative team. If you have a passion for creating visually compelling content and a knack for both video editing and graphic design, this role is perfect for you. We seek an individual who can effectively communicate ideas visually across various formats and channels, including social media, email, website, brochures, e-books, whitepapers, and other digital and print content.
Responsibilities:
Create and edit engaging video content for various platforms.
Design graphics for social media, websites, marketing materials, and other digital content.
Develop reusable templates for different content formats.
Manage visual content development across different stages from ideation to delivery, including concepts, wireframing, storyboarding, and design.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visual content that supports campaign goals.
Ensure all visual content is on-brand and aligns with our style guidelines.
Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
Optimize video and graphic content for different platforms and devices.
What we're looking for:
At least 4 years of proven experience in video editing and graphic design.
Strong portfolio showcasing video editing and graphic design projects.
Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Camtasia, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
Experience in building different formats of social media content
Proficiency with multi-media visual design suites is required
Excellent understanding of visual storytelling and design principles.
Strong attention to detail and creativity.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Experience with B2B accounts is required.
Understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices is a huge plus.
Experience in technology-related industries is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field is preferred.
