Real Estate Call Center (Remote)

We are Looking for a Real Estate Call Center Specialist to join our team remotely. This role is fully focused on the real estate sector and involves handling property-related leads, qualifying potential buyers and investors, and supporting the sales team by converting inquiries into qualified opportunities.

This position is designed for candidates with strong experience or interest in the real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle outbound and inbound calls with clients interested in buying or investing in real estate.
  
• Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and property portals.
  
• Understand client requirements including location, budget, property type, and investment goals.
  
• Qualify leads and categorize them (Hot / Warm / Cold).
  
• Schedule appointments and property viewings for the sales team.
  
• Provide accurate information about available real estate projects.
  
• Update and maintain client data in the CRM system.
  
• Follow up consistently with potential clients to maximize conversion rates.
  
• Achieve daily and weekly KPIs related to calls, leads, and appointments.
  

Requirements

• Previous experience in Call Center, Real Estate Sales, or Customer Service (real estate experience is highly preferred).
  
• Strong knowledge or interest in the real estate market (UAE experience is a plus).
  
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  
• Ability to handle and convert high-quality leads.
  
• Experience using CRM systems.
  
• Fluent in Arabic; English is an advantage.
  
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
