What We Offer:
- During the training period (up to 4 months): $200/month, fully paid.
- After training: $300/month as base salary.
- Monthly performance-based bonuses: typically $50–$500 depending on student satisfaction, task completion, and attendance.
- Total monthly compensation can reach $350–450 or more based on performance.
- No Experience Needed: You don’t need prior experience; we’ll train you for six months!

Your Role:
As a Customer Support Advisor at our team, your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting students through social media and email, helping them achieve their English learning goals and succeed in exams like IELTS and TOEFL.
- Guiding potential students through the course registration process.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that students receive the best possible learning experience.
- Supporting the execution of creative initiatives to keep students engaged and motivated throughout their learning journey.
- After completing the training and showing consistent performance, you will have the opportunity to:
- Get promoted to Senior Support Consultant (with higher base pay)
- Apply for relocation to the UAE and join our core team.
- Receive a verified experience certificate valid in the education and customer service sector.

Working Hours:
- 12 hours per day, 6 days a week.
- From 12 noon to 12 am Cairo time.
