Job Type: Full-time – On-site
Reports To: Media Production Manager
Working Conditions:
- 5 working days per week (Friday and Saturday off)
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- On-site: Hadayek Al Ahram – 6th of October
Key Responsibilities
- Develop eye-catching graphics, illustrations, and layouts for social media channels (especially Youtube, and Facebook)
- Adapt designs for different formats: posts, stories, banners, ads, thumbnails, etc.
- Create static visuals, animated posts, carousels, and interactive content tailored to each platform’s best practices
- Collaborate closely with content creators, video editors, and the marketing team to ensure cohesive branding across all assets
- Maintain and manage a structured digital asset library for efficient access and reuse
- Stay updated on social media design trends, platform updates, and user interaction techniques
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and overall visual strategy
- Handle feedback and revisions promptly to meet deadlines
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a graphic designer in a media production company, or digital agency
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field (preferred but not mandatory)
- Strong portfolio showcasing social media graphics and multi-platform campaigns
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and motion/animation tools like After Effects or Premiere Pro
- Solid understanding of composition, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling
- Ability to design for diverse formats and audiences, optimizing for engagement and clarity
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
