Job Description
- Utilize project resources strategically to attain optimal project objectives and goals.
- Supervise and oversee staff and construction workers to ensure efficient and effective project execution.
- Take proactive measures to recover from delays caused by adverse weather conditions, emergencies, or similar events at construction sites.
- Prepare and administer requisitions for necessary supplies and materials, meticulously managing resources to ensure the timely and budget-conscious completion of construction projects.
- Analyze project specifications to determine the most suitable construction methods, ensuring alignment with required quality standards.
- Collaborate with supervisory personnel, owners, sub-contractors, and design professionals to address a diverse range of issues, including work procedures, complaints, and construction challenges.
- Generate comprehensive project cost reports, maintaining financial transparency and accountability.
- Organize and direct construction activities on-site, ensuring structures are built in accordance with specified plans and standards.
- Investigate and address damage, accidents, or delays at construction sites, ensuring adherence to proper procedures and protocols.
- Implement and maintain rigorous quality control procedures throughout the construction process.
- Coordinate and supervise construction workers, fostering a cohesive and productive working environment.
- Review project progress regularly to assess adherence to projected timelines, implementing strategies to expedite work while maintaining quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate and direct the efforts of construction workers and subcontractors, ensuring effective collaboration and task execution.
- Conduct daily reviews of work progress, ensuring alignment with project timelines and objectives.
- Ensure strict adherence to quality construction standards and the utilization of appropriate construction techniques in accordance with contracts and industry best practices.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering with relevant Major.
- +15 years of experience.
- Certified PMP (Preferrable)
