Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo for a Customer Service Specialist . In this role, the Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support , addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction .
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Handling customer interactions with efficiency and empathy .
- ️ Providing tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
- Ensuring a positive customer experience through effective communication and professional phone etiquette .

What we’re looking for:
✅ Fluency in English is a MUST! (B2/C1 level)
✅ Strong skills in Customer Service & Customer Support
✅ Proven ability to enhance Customer Satisfaction & Customer Experience
✅ Problem-solving , active listening , & attention to detail
✅ Experience in a customer-facing role and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus! ️
✅ Flexibility with night & overnight shifts is essential
✅ Proficiency in professional phone etiquette & communication techniques is a plus
