Core Role:
The Recruitment Specialist/Consultant acts as an advocate for Forasna's clients. He/She is responsible for developing customer relationships that promote product or solution usage, retention, and loyalty. The Recruitment Consultant ensures that Forasna clients are satisfied with the products and services they receive, promptly addressing any areas of dissatisfaction.
Main Duties:
- Support Forasna clients regarding their recruitment needs, salary benchmarks, job descriptions, and the quality of posted jobs.
- Develop strong customer relationships that foster product or solution usage, retention, loyalty, and overall customer satisfaction.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring effective communication regarding client feedback.
- Follow up with clients on the status of vacancies, optimizing workflow to meet KPIs and targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Master and continually develop product expertise to provide exceptional support to clients.
- Recommend suitable candidates from the Forasna database to meet client needs.
- Conduct phone screenings with job seekers as requested by clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on various projects as needed.
- Attend external meetings with clients and participate in events and job fairs, as required.
- Perform any other assigned duties as necessary.
Job Requirements
- At least 1 to 3 years of experience
- Excellent oral and written English
- Previous experience with online recruitment is a bonus
- Good experience with CRM tools
- Maintain great customer satisfaction
- Superior phone Communication skills
- Attention to details
- Customer service experience is preferred.
