• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering – Mandatory
• Master’s degree in Project Management or relevant field – Preferred
• Strong experience in infrastructure projects may substitute postgraduate studies
Required Courses / Certifications
• PMP – Preferred
• Primavera P6 / MS Project – Preferred
• Risk Management Certification – Advantage
Requirements
Other Important Requirements / Remarks
• Mandatory experience in infrastructure projects (roads, utilities, drainage, networks)
• Understanding of infrastructure construction sequencing and coordination
• Experience supporting multiple contractors and packages
• Familiarity with authority approvals and regulations
• Preferably worked with reputable PMC/Consultants (e.g., AECOM, Parsons, Dar)
• Experience in large-scale / city-wide infrastructure projects is preferred
• Strong coordination and reporting skills

10–12+ years of experience
Typical Career Progression:
• 0–5 years: Civil Engineer
• 5–10 years: Senior Engineer
• 10–12+ years: Deputy Project Manager

• Less than 10 years: Not suitable for this position
