OPPORTUNITY for Traveling Maintenance Technicians
We are seeking a maintenance professional with strong electrical skillswho is looking for long-term growth in the energy sector. If you’re hands-on, reliable, and looking for more than just a job—this could be your next big move.
Location:Alexandria, OH
Pay:$25–$27/hr (based on experience)
Travel Required | Some Overnight Travel Required
Electrical experience strongly preferred
Job Duties:
- Troubleshoot and complete general service requests
- Strong emphasis on electrical maintenance & repair
- Basic plumbing and appliance repair
- Change/repair light bulbs, locks, and fixtures
- Interior/exterior painting, caulking, and light drywall patching
- Perform groundskeeping, pressure washing, and breezeway cleanup
Job Requirements:
- Electrical maintenance experience required
- Must be open to traveling and overnight staysas needed
- Dependable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and team player attitude
- Willingness to assist with various property or energy-related projects
- Own basic hand tools (screwdrivers, pliers, wrenches, etc.)
- Power tools a plus!
- Able to lift 40–50 lbs
- Friendly and customer-service-oriented
