ملخص الوظيفة
يلعب أخصائي التدريب العملي دورًا حيويًا في دعم تقديم تجارب التدريب العملي للمشاركين في مختلف البرامج. تتضمن هذه الوظيفة التأكد من إعداد جميع المواد والموارد وتوافرها، ومراقبة جلسات التدريب العملي التي يجريها المدربون، وتسهيل مشاركة المرضى. سيعمل أخصائي التدريب العملي عن كثب مع المدربين ومهنيي القطاع والمشاركين لخلق بيئة تعليمية فعالة وجذابة

المسؤوليات الرئيسية
- إعداد الدورة: التأكد من إعداد جميع مواد الدورة وجاهزيتها للاستخدام قبل جلسات التدريب.
- جرد المواد: إجراء عمليات جرد للمواد والمعدات الطبية للتأكد من توافرها وجاهزيتها للتدريب.
- إعداد الدورة: التعامل مع إعداد الدورات، بما في ذلك الجوانب اللوجستية داخل الجمعية وخارجها، لخلق بيئة تعليمية ملائمة.
- تنسيق المرضى: إحضار المرضى لجلسات التدريب العملي، مع ضمان توفير مجموعة متنوعة من الحالات ليعمل معها المشاركون.
- ضمان الجودة: مراقبة جودة جلسات التدريب، والتأكد من التزام جميع المدربين بالمعايير المعمول بها وأن المشاركين يتلقون تدريبًا فعالًا.
- الملاحظة: مراقبة جلسات التدريب العملي، وتدوين ملاحظات حول تفاعل المشاركين وأدائهم لتقديم ملاحظات بناءة للمدربين.
- التعاون: العمل مع المدربين وخبراء القطاع لتحسين محتوى التدريب ومنهجياته باستمرار.
- دعم المشاركين: تقديم الإرشاد والدعم للمشاركين، ومعالجة أي أسئلة أو مخاوف تتعلق بالتدريب العملي.
- التحسين المستمر: جمع الملاحظات من المشاركين وأصحاب المصلحة لتحديد مجالات التحسين في البرامج التدريبية.

- الخبرة: خبرة لا تقل عن سنة واحدة في التدريب العملي أو دور دعم تعليمي، ويفضل في [مجالض

- المهارات: مهارات تواصل وتنظيم قوية؛ القدرة على إشراك المشاركين وتحفيزهم.
- الكفاءة التقنية: الإلمام بالأدوات والمعدات ذات الصلة بالبرامج التدريبية المقدمة.
- القدرة على التكيف: القدرة على تعديل أساليب الدعم بناءً على احتياجات المشاركين وأنماط التعلم الخاصة بهم.
