What you'll be doing  

Our Fashion Consultant is responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience and driving our business through sales. They demonstrate a strong understanding of the omnichannel aspects of the role, using physical and digital channels to connect with customers anywhere and anytime and deliver a seamless and consistent high level of service. They act as brand ambassadors through their strong knowledge of the brand and their experience in fashion and style.

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and represent the brand professionally at all times

• Achieve individual and team sales targets while supporting overall store performance

• Build strong relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business

• Stay updated on fashion trends, new collections, and brand activities

• Promote the brand’s online channels, social media campaigns, and loyalty program

• Provide personalized styling advice and product recommendations based on customer needs

• Support omnichannel services, including virtual shopping and client communication

• Handle e-commerce order preparation and fulfillment within set timelines

• Maintain store appearance, product display, and stock replenishment according to brand guidelines

• Use digital tools and systems (CRM, etc.) to enhance customer experience and reporting

What you'll need to succeed  

• Previous experience in retail, fashion, or luxury brands

• Passion for fashion, styling, and customer engagement

• Good understanding of sales techniques, including cross-selling and upselling

• Knowledge of fashion products, trends, and luxury retail standards
