Summary We are looking to hire an Administrative Assistant Intern to join us in our mission to educate the world. The successful candidate will help streamline daily operations using modern digital tools and AI, support team communication, and assist with essential executive and facility logistics. Responsibilities
- Help track team tasks, projects, and deadlines to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Assist in gathering and organizing reports from different departments.
- Support day-to-day team communication and help identify ways to improve our daily workflows.
- Use AI tools to automate routine tasks and improve time management.
- Act as a point of contact for building and facility stakeholders to maintain a great workspace environment.
- Assist with executive logistics, including errands and off-site or residential arrangements as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent English level
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and a general comfort with learning new tech
- High flexibility and willingness to work dynamic hours, including occasional extended hours or weekends as business needs dictate
