We are looking for a professional and highly communicative Customer Care Representative to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will be responsible for communicating with clients, handling their concerns and problems, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients through phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.

• Respond to customer inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.

• Understand customer problems and provide effective solutions.

• Handle complaints and difficult situations calmly and professionally.

• Follow up with clients to ensure their issues have been completely resolved.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions.

• Monitor customer satisfaction and identify recurring issues.

• Coordinate with other departments to resolve client problems when necessary.

• Collect customer feedback and communicate important insights to management.

• Prepare and submit monthly customer care reports covering client feedback, complaints, common issues, resolutions, and customer satisfaction.

• Maintain a professional and positive relationship with all clients.

Requirements

• Fluent English, both spoken and written .

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Ability to handle difficult customers and stressful situations professionally.

• Excellent follow-up and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Good computer skills and familiarity with communication tools.

• Previous experience in customer service or client relations is preferred.
