Job Description
- Partner with department Heads to understand the organization's talent needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
- Conduct workforce planning and analysis to anticipate future hiring needs.
- Utilize creative sourcing techniques to identify and attract candidates through various channels, including social media, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical and high-demand roles.
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Review resumes and applications to assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.
- Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Facilitate interview processes and provide guidance to interviewers on best practices.
- Promote Erada Microfinance's employer brand and enhance its visibility in the market.
- Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely feedback and support.
- Mentor and coach junior recruitment team members, sharing knowledge and best practices.
- Assist in developing training programs for the broader HR team on talent acquisition strategies and techniques.
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in in talent acquisition.
- Experience in the microfinance or financial services sector is preferred
- Proven track record of successfully filling positions across various functions and levels, particularly in a competitive job market.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and assessment methodologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS, with strong data analysis skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple priorities.
