Project Manager (German Speaker)

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and results-driven German Project Manager to lead end-to-end project delivery. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budget constraints.

Job Description - Grade Specific

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project management activities from initiation through closure
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial tracking to ensure cost efficiency
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration
• Monitor project progress, proactively adjusting plans to meet changing requirements and timelines
• Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, governance policies, and procedures
• Prepare and deliver regular project status reports, dashboards, and executive updates
• Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and effective communication across all stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement in project management methodologies, tools, and processes

Experience & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or a related field 1-2 years of proven experience in Project Management
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)Professional certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent is preferred
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and German
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
