Job Description

We are a well-established and leading company in the frozen food processing and export industry, with over 45 years of history and a strong reputation for quality in both local and international markets . Our operations are based in a modern factory in Alexandria, and we are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our commercial efforts and drive our next phase of growth.

In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to expand our market presence, strengthen relationships with existing clients, and acquire new business. You will be the driving force behind our commercial success, managing a portfolio of export and local clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company growth objectives. Lead, mentor, and manage a sales team to achieve individual, team, and regional sales targets .
• Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities in target markets. Build and manage a strong pipeline through prospecting, networking, and developing new customer relationships. Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing .
• Account Management: Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with key decision-makers across our customer base. Serve as the executive point of contact for strategic accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention .
• Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competition, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and identify new growth opportunities. Provide regular reports and forecasts to senior leadership .
• Operational Excellence: Oversee pipeline management using our CRM/ATS (Manatal) and ensure accurate forecasting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, supply chain, quality) to deliver value-added solutions to customers .

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5-10 years of progressive B2B sales experience, with proven success in a sales leadership or management role . Experience in the food processing, FMCG, or export industry is a strong advantage.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in developing and executing sales strategies.
  • Strong business development and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Manatal).
• Soft Skills:
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and team management abilities.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in both Arabic and English.
  • A "hunter" mentality – proactive, self-motivated, and resilient .
  • Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen .
