Join our team as a Receptionist and become the face of the American Association for Continuous Education!
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist doctors, visitors, and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and appointments efficiently.
Manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Handle unexpected situations calmly and professionally.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
Maintain an organized, welcoming, and professional reception area.
Requirements
Professional appearance, excellent grooming, and a confident personality.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with doctors and senior professionals.
Ability to handle pressure, solve problems, and manage challenging situations professionally.
Previous experience in reception, hospitality, or a medical environment is a plus.
Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Benefits
Location: Nasr City, Cairo
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Working Days: Sunday – Thursday
