Job Description
- Plan, budget and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, social media and display advertising campaigns.
- Lead generation through digital platforms .
- Rebranding our company by designing, building and maintaining our social media presence.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) .
- Conduct ongoing market and competitor analysis to identify trends, benchmark performance, and uncover opportunities for differentiation and growth.
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create smooth and effective plans implementation .
- Plan and oversee promotional events, property launches, and open houses.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Build and maintain relationships with media, advertising agencies, and key partners.
- Provide leadership and supervision to the marketing team .
Job Requirements
- BCs degree in marketing or a related field.
- 7+ years of proven work experience in digital marketing for real estate with at least 1 year as manager .
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement .
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate .
- Excellent in written and spoken English .
- Excellent project management , organizational and presentation skills.
- Creativity with a strong eye for design and brand consistency.
- Event management experience.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
