Role Description:

We're looking for a passionate and experienced Strategic Business Transformation Manager to join our vibrant team! As the Strategic Business Transformation Manager, you will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives, supporting business transformation programs, optimizing operational efficiencies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact projects that align with organizational objectives and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities:

• Support and execute strategic business initiatives aligned with organizational objectives and growth priorities.
• Drive cost efficiency programs with a focus on third-party spend optimization and savings realization.
• Contribute to business transformation programs by identifying and implementing process improvement opportunities.
• Lead standardization and operational excellence initiatives across Managed Services functions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of strategic projects and initiatives.
• Support technology vendor management activities, including license migration and optimization projects.
• Analyze business performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Prepare executive reports, presentations, and business cases to support strategic decision-making.

Experience & Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (MBA from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institution preferred).
• Minimum 8 years of experience in business strategy, transformation, management consulting, or IT services.
• Proven experience leading or supporting business transformation and strategic initiatives in complex organizations.
• In-depth understanding of business process optimization, operational excellence, and cost management principles.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, reporting, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in business analysis and project management tools, including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
