This landmark project, spanning approximately 2,000 kilometers, will connect 60 cities across Egypt, transforming transportation for both passengers and goods. Today, we are recruiting for a  Document Controller to join our team in Egypt. This is an excellent career opportunity for professionals looking to join a truly international team in one of the biggest projects of Siemens Mobility.

What are my responsibilities?

• Assist with the registration, tracking, and control of project documents.
• Conduct formal document checks to ensure correct formatting, numbering, and revision control.
• Coordinate with project teams to follow up on document updates, corrections, and submissions.
• Maintain accurate document records and ensure timely distribution of project documentation.
• Support the printing and preparation of project documents when required.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Hands-on experience with ProjectWise and Aconex.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as Adobe.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
