Quality Manager

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Develop and manage the implementation of quality assurance processes and procedures.
- Manage inspections and tests on construction materials and workmanship.
- Collaborate and advise on testing and verification of quality against the requirements.
- Establish and maintain a comprehensive system for document control related to quality.
- Manage and organize quality records, reports, and documentation.
- Foster a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement.
- Identify and address in collaboration with others non-conformities and deficiencies in construction processes subcontractors.
- Identify potential quality-related risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with project teams to address and resolve quality issues promptly.
- Work with project teams to understand client expectations for quality.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related fields; Post graduate degree is a plus.
- 10+ years of experience in a relevant field.
- Professional certifications and affiliations will be considered for different positions where it complements the role’s responsibilities.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English is a must.
- Candidates must be residing in Giza our surrounding areas to ensure easy commuting to the site.
- Demonstratable leadership and problem-solving skills are mandatory to demonstrate.
