Job Description
- Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of in-process and finished components.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000, Fssc) .
- Handle customer quality audits.
- Maintain the calibration system and ensure proper documentation.
- Investigate quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve quality-related issues.
- Monitor daily inspection activities and assist in conducting audits.
- Prepare quality and performance reports.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in food science, microbiology, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- 3-5 years of experience in food manufacturing or quality control.
- Strong knowledge of food safety laws and industry standards.
