Education Requirements and Acceptable Alternatives
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical preferred)– Mandatory
- Strong site-based HSE experience in large projects may substitute for academic specialization
Required Courses / Certifications
- OSHA Certification –– Mandatory / Strong Advantage
- ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 (Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor) – Preferred
PMP – Advantage

Other Important Requirements / Remarks
- Strong experience in:
- HSE Management Systems
- Risk Assessment & Method Statements (RAMS)
- Incident Investigation & Reporting
- Site Safety Audits & Compliance
- Experience in infrastructure / large-scale projects is highly preferred
- Must be:
- Strong personality (enforcing compliance)
- Proactive and site-oriented
- Excellent in communication and reporting
- Experience in multi-contractor environments
- Strong coordination with:
- Construction teams
- QA/QC team
- Project Management
Required Experience – HSE Manager (PMC Level)
12–15+ years of experience
Typical Career Progression:
- 0–5 years: HSE Engineer / Safety Officer
- 5–10 years: Senior HSE Engineer
- 10–15 years: HSE Manager
Below Requirement:
- 11 year: Borderline

- These roles are package-based (execution level)
- Each HSE Manager is responsible for a specific DP zone
- Strong focus on:
- Daily site supervision
- Contractor compliance
- Immediate risk mitigation
