Prospecting and Lead Generation:
1. Lead Identification:
• Identify potential customers and prospects through various channels.
• Research to gather information on target markets and industries.
2. Prospecting and Outreach:
• Reach out to leads and prospects through phone calls, emails, and networking.
• Qualify leads and determine their potential for sales.
Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:
1. Product Knowledge:
• Develop a deep understanding of the products or services offered.
• Articulate the features, advantages, and benefits of the offerings.
2. Sales Pitch and Presentations:
• Deliver effective sales pitches and presentations to potential customers.
• Tailor presentations to address customer needs and showcase the value proposition.
Sales Negotiation and Closing:
1. Relationship Building:
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to foster trust and loyalty.
• Understand customer needs and provide personalized solutions.
2. Sales Negotiation:
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to secure sales.
• Address customer objections and concerns in a professional manner.
3. Closing Sales:
• Utilize effective closing techniques to secure sales and achieve targets.
• Prepare and finalize sales agreements and contracts.
Account Management and Customer Support:
1. Customer Relationship Management:
Must have technical/professional qualifications
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Pharma, or Science. 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Male/Female.
- Proven experience in a technical sales role, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of the product or solution being sold.
- Able to work outside Cairo.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts to customers.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with customers.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the sales team to drive sales and meet targets.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address customer challenges and provide effective solutions.
- Knowledge of sales tools and CRM systems.
- Owning a car is a must.
- Age not exceeding 29 years.
