Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and organized Course Organiser to join our team. This role is essential to ensuring our training courses run smoothly and efficiently. You'll serve as the key link between candidates and instructors, making sure everyone has the materials, information, and support they need.
Job Requirements
- Ensure the smooth operation of courses from start to finish
- Provide candidates with all necessary information about their chosen courses
- Support instructors in preparing their course materials
- Distribute course materials to candidates
- Facilitate communication between candidates and instructors
- Upload course completion certificates to candidates’ profiles and send them via email
