Job Description
- Conducting market research and executing effective marketing strategies.
- Communicate with our internally SMEs to address the users’ concerns.
- Responsible for all social media activities to engage consumers and to promote company initiatives.
- Conducting research on the latest market trends.
- Attending marketing events.
- Analyzing and tracking online marketing metrics.
- Assisting in measuring the success of every social media campaign.
- Using social media to engage consumers, respond to questions or complaints and to promote company initiatives.
- Providing new social media campaign ideas.
- Researching and evaluating competitor marketing and digital content.
- Monitoring the moderation across all platforms.
- Receiving teacher’s data of gifted books from moderation team and reporting it to promoters’ supervisors.
- Promoting for our books and app by testimonial posts
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- At least 1 year of experience at the same role.
