Junior Trade Execution Associate

What will you be doing?

· Support the execution of sales and purchase contracts throughout the transaction lifecycle.

· Prepare and process trade-related documentation in accordance with contractual requirements.

· Coordinate with traders and internal departments to ensure all documentation is accurate and completed on time.

· Follow up with customers, suppliers, banks, inspection companies, shipping lines, and other stakeholders regarding required documents.

· Assist in preparing documentary instructions based on contractual requirements.

· Review trade documents for accuracy and completeness before submission.

· Monitor shipment milestones and ensure all required documentation is available in line with the agreed schedule.

· Update contract and shipment information in the ERP system.

· Maintain accurate records and documentation for each transaction.

· Communicate shipment and documentation updates to internal and external stakeholders.

· Assist in preparing operational reports and tracking pending documents and payments.

· Support the Trade Execution team with daily operational activities.

What are we looking for?

· Holding a bachelor’s degree in supply chain or business Administration from a reputable university

· Previous internship experiences would be preferable

· Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

· Good knowledge of MS office
