Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at The First Residence

Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at The First Residence is looking for a talented and experienced Bartender who shares our passion for excellence and is enthusiastic about creating the ultimate experience.

About the role

Prepare and serve a selection of wines, spirits,

Mixed drinks from the menu while ensuring proper pouring, mixing, and blending according to established recipes and established Four Seasons Standards.

Confirm guest orders including any special needs or requests.

Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction.

Offer suggestions and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.

Able to manage guest Payment.

Using the bar opening and closing inventory and check list.

Fully aware by monthly inventory process.

Follow all the Hygiene requirements, expiration date, first in and first out Etc.

What You Bring

· Requires a working knowledge of division operations.

· Working knowledge is generally learned on-the-job.

· Requires ability to operate computer equipment and other Food and Beverage systems.

· Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.

· More than 1 year experience.
