Khazna launched in 2020 with a mission to improve the financial well-being of the underbanked, who have little access to formal financial services, by providing access to convenient, effective, and secure smartphone-based financial services. Khazna has received the Central Bank of Egypt’s first prepaid card license and aims to become the go-to neobank for underbanked consumers across the Middle East. In the next phase of its journey, Khazna is looking to continue scaling up its operations in Egypt and to launch its operations in Saudi Arabia.
This is a fun stage in the company's lifecycle, as the core foundation has been but it is still early enough to assume a ton of ownership and to help shape the future of the company and its success.
About the Role
Drive business performance through deep analytical investigations, experimentation, customer behavior analysis, and strategic insights. Act as the analytics partner for Product, Growth, Finance, and Operations teams.
Core Responsibilities
Business Analytics
- Lead strategic analysis projects.
- Identify growth opportunities.
- Analyze customer lifecycle and retention.
- Build business cases and performance models.
Product Analytics
- Measure feature adoption and engagement.
- Design and analyze funnels.
- Conduct cohort analysis.
- Evaluate experiments and A/B tests.
Commercial Analytics
- Analyze CAC, LTV, payback periods, and unit economics.
- Evaluate campaign performance.
- Measure monetization opportunities.
Stakeholder Partnership
- Partner with business leaders.
- Translate ambiguous questions into analytical frameworks.
- Present insights to leadership.
Required Skills
Technical
- Advanced SQL
- Advanced experience with Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or Metabase.
- Experience with dimensional modeling concepts.
- Strong Experience working with BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, or equivalent.
Analytical
- Strong business problem-solving skills.
- Experience with KPI reporting.
- Experience with Cohort and Funnel analysis.
- Strong business case development skills
