Job Description
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals and targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure optimal performance.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the smart home and low current systems market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of solutions to customers.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments and technologies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience as a sales Manager in the technology sector, preferably in smart home and low current systems.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in CRM software and MS Office.
