Junior Operations Coordinator - Model Agency

Job Description
- Scheduling & Logistics Management
- Coordinate daily schedules for all models and align transportation with drivers for job pick-ups and drop-offs.
- Monitor any last-minute schedule changes and adjust logistics accordingly.
- Model Preparation & Job Performance
- Brief models before each job, ensuring they understand the requirements and expectations.
- Provide support during jobs when necessary to ensure models perform at their best.
- Track and report on model performance, addressing any issues proactively.
- Model Well-being & Compliance
- Conduct regular measurements of models to ensure accurate records for client bookings.
- Prepare and maintain model apartments before their arrival in the country.
- Ensure model apartments are fully equipped with necessary supplies.
- Assist models with their requirements, such as visas, documentation, and other work-related needs.
- Job Tracking & Compensation Management
- Keep accurate records of overtime hours for models and coordinate with finance for proper compensation.
- Ensure compliance with contracts and working hour limitations.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, Operations, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in operations, logistics, talent management, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to last-minute changes.
- Proficiency in scheduling tools and basic office software (Excel, Google Calendar, etc.).
- Knowledge of the fashion, modeling, or entertainment industry is a plus.
