Lead Stakeholder Engineer -Section 1

Context
Lead Stakeholder Engineer -Section 1 (Al-Ayat Station To El-Adwa Station)
Missions/Main Duties
- Monitor SEP to align with standards and regulations.
- Maintain and verify Stakeholder Registers for accuracy.
- Identify SEP breaches and recommend corrective actions.
- Field visits, feedback forms, consultations, and participation review.
- Participate with NAT & ESA for procedures, consultations, and early access.
- Public Utilities: Protection, relocation, enhancement, and tie-ins.
- Data collection, analysis, site investigations, meetings, and workshops.
- Manage community grievance mechanism & follow-up.
- Support stakeholder engagement.
- Manage public utilities conflicts
Profile/Skills
- Required qualifications : B.Sc., Civil Engineering.
- Experience in electrical Railway Projects as Stakeholder & Social Lead Engineer.
- Experience in Civil infrastructure Projects including Water & Wastewater Projects.
- Required technical and soft skills : Microsoft Office, Civil 3D, AutoCAD, Google Earth.
