Job Description
- Responsible for developing the operational plan of the print shop and supervising its comprehensive execution.
- Coordinating between production, quality, maintenance, and human resources.
- Conducting a monthly review of key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Overseeing budget management, cost planning, and production planning .
Job Requirements
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in managing garment factories or similar manufacturing plants.
- Experience with M&R printing machines (A must) .
- Strong leadership and analytical abilities.
