Job Description
- Coordinating and organizing projects across multidisciplinary teams (engineering, consultancy, marketing, media, technology)
- Preparing work plans and assigning tasks using the Odoo ERP system
- Monitoring task progress and execution phases, and ensuring deadlines are met
- Resolving issues related to conflicting priorities or weak team communication
- Submitting regular reports to the direct manager on project performance
- Contributing to workflow improvements and internal collaboration mechanisms
- Preparing detailed implementation plans covering timeline, budget, resources, and performance goals
- Monitoring project implementation through Odoo to ensure smooth and effective tracking
- Coordinating with clients, vendors, and external partners to secure project requirements
- Preparing accurate interim reports for senior management highlighting progress rates, risks, and critical decisions
- Ensuring project compliance with quality standards, risk plans, and governance requirements
- Contributing to the development of business models and institutional procedures for project management
- Supporting efforts to integrate departments and operational teams within the company for consistent and coherent execution
- Proposing tools and developmental methods to improve project efficiency and effectiveness
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field (PMP certification preferred)
- At least 5 years of practical experience managing multidisciplinary projects, including at least 2 years in a technical or consulting environment
- Background in one of the following fields: business administration, technology, marketing, or media
- Solid familiarity with project management systems, preferably with experience in Odoo
- High communication and organizational skills
- Ability to think systematically and work under pressure
- Advanced knowledge in project management tools and digital reporting
- Strong leadership and analytical skills, with the ability to make flexible, data-driven decisions
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written)
