Property Consultant
HAP People & Capabilities
• Identify and generate new sales leads through networking, referrals, site visits, walk-ins, and marketing campaigns.
• Present, promote, and sell residential and/or commercial properties to prospective clients.
• Understand client requirements and provide tailored property options that meet their needs and budget.
• Conduct property viewings, site tours, and client meetings in a professional manner.
• Negotiate sales terms and conditions and close deals in line with company policies.
• Prepare and follow up on proposals, offers, and sales documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, legal, finance, property management, and customer experience) to ensure smooth transaction processes.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing to provide informed advice to clients and management, in line with the company’s market positioning.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets and contribute to overall business objectives.
• Ensure full compliance with company’s standards, ethical guidelines, brand values, and local real estate regulations.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales, property consultancy, or a related sales role.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
• Good time management, organization, and follow-up skills.
