GCS Team Leader - Gulf + RoMEA

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Global Customer Solutions Team Leader to lead day-to-day customer service operations across Gulf and Rest of Middle East & Africa distributor markets. The role combines operational leadership, people management, and transformation delivery to shift from reactive issue handling to proactive, insight-driven service.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end customer service operations across Gulf and RoMEA distributor markets including order management, returns, and escalations
- Supervise regional team, balance workloads, set objectives and monitor performance against service levels
- Establish structured operating rhythm with team and distributors to review priorities, risks and actions
- Drive transformation roadmap including process standardization, automation, and digital adoption while maintaining service continuity
- Coach team to use data and trend analysis to anticipate risks and operate proactively
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or related field
- 7+ years in customer solutions, order management, or supply chain with team leadership experience
- Demonstrated experience supporting distributor-led markets across multiple countries
- Strong end-to-end order-to-cash knowledge including order management and escalation handling
- Proven track record in process improvement, standardization, and transformation delivery
- Analytical skills using KPIs, dashboards, and data to identify risks and guide decisions
- Fluent English; hands-on experience with automation and digital solutions preferred
