Performance Marketing Lead

Day In The Life:

Performance Marketing, Convertedin plays a critical role in the launch of a new business, launching Paid Social ads, Search ads, and Digital strategy with the execution. We are looking for a performance marketing team lead with proven experience working on paid media. He will own and manage key aspects of the Convertedin Brand and performance marketing activities within paid social and SEM.

This candidate thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, possesses strong leadership skills, and brings an entrepreneurial work style and mindset.

What You Will Do:

• Develop & Oversee Performance Marketing Strategies: Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
• Leverage the expertise of Business Development: Partner closely with Business Development to drive revenue growth.
• KPIS Tracking & Measurement: Set and monitor KPIs for campaign success.
• Team Leadership & Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of specialists.
• Campaign Guidance: Provide guidance on execution, optimization, and tools.
• Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights.
• Client Understanding: Understand client goals and tailor solutions accordingly.
• Multi-Platform Campaign Management: Oversee campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.
• Testing & Innovation: Identify opportunities for testing and experimentation.
• Market & Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on trends and analyze competitors.
• Budget Management & Reporting: Manage budgets, forecast, and report on key performance metrics.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of success in driving measurable results.
• Experience leading and managing high-performing marketing teams.
• Experience with a variety of digital marketing channels, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media advertising etc.
• Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Data Studio).
• Experience in managing and optimizing marketing budgets effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
