Position Summary

The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, managing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels not limited to social media while leading and managing the Creative Media team.

The role combines performance marketing, content strategy, analytics, and team coordination to drive measurable business results.

Key Responsabilities

-Develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including:

• Paid search (Google Ads).

• Display advertising.

• Social media platforms.

• Email marketing.

• Website and landing pages.

-Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns with a strong focus on ROI and performance.

-Manage, guide, and support the Creative Media team, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content aligned with marketing objectives.

-Oversee content creation including visuals, videos, and written content across all digital platforms.

-Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics and advertising platform insights.

-Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing to enhance campaign effectiveness.

-Collaborate closely with design, media, and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.

-Track market trends and identify new opportunities for digital growth.

-Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure efficient use of resources.

-Prepare performance reports and present insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

-Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing.

-Proven experience managing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (not limited to social media).

-Demonstrated experience in leading or managing a creative/media team.

-Strong hands-on experience with:

• Google Ads

• Google Analytics

• Experience in content strategy and content creation oversight.

• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

-Experience with SEO and SEM best practices.

-Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools.

-Ability to manage multiple projects and teams in a fast-paced environment.
